Teens

Concerns I can help you with:

  • Low self-esteem
  • Addiction and eating disorders
  • Family issues
  • Self-harming behavior
  • Depression
  • Anxiety

Are you having a hard time going through life changes and challenges? Do you harm yourself? Are you depressed? Are you arguing with your parents all the time? Are you struggling in school? Do you find it difficult to connect with friends?

Counseling can help you improve your self-esteem and become more confident. It can also help you and your parents get along. Going to counseling doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you. It is courageous to do the first step and admit that you need help or that you want your life better and happier. I congratulate you to take the risk and look for help.

If you come to me for a first consultation, I will listen to you and your concerns. Being unhappy as a youth is as serious as it is for adults. We will talk about your goals and how to achieve them. Counseling is confidential. What we talk about will stay within the room. Your parents will not know what we are talking about. If your parents want to talk with me, I have to keep your information confidential by law.

To schedule an appointment, please contact me. I look forward to working with you.
